窑尾翻坯机是瓷砖因特殊工艺需要反面进入干燥窑烘干 , 出窑后需翻转正面进入施釉线而增设的设备。

本设备辊棒采用了刚性比其他管材更好的优质冷拔钢管制作 , 外套耐磨橡胶 ; 棒身套胶后外圆使用我厂自主设计制作的磨棒设备加工 , 使辊棒加工后圆跳动达到了 ±0.3mm 之内 , 增加了辊棒运转的稳定性 , 杜绝辊棒跳动造成的砖坯暗裂等缺陷 ; 辊棒采用链条或同步带及直齿轮传动 , 增加传动可靠性和稳定性。

The machine is added if ceramic needs to be overturned upside down in order to convey into the drying kiln and then turned back to the glazing line.

The roller of this equipment is made of quality cold drawn pipe with rigidity better than other pipes and coated with durable rubber. The outer ring is processed by the milling equipment developed by Lile, which ensures the circumferential runout precision±0.3mm. The design ensures roller running stability and avoids hidden crack and defects caused by roller runout. The roller is driven by chains or conveyance belts and spur gears,ensuring conveyance stability and reliability of ceramic products.
